A NOTE TO OUR PATIENTS...

General Medical Refunds

All treatments and procedures are carried out to the highest possible standard, however sometimes outcomes do not meet patients expectations and if you are not entirely happy with your treatment or procedure with us (it's rare, but it does happen!), we emphatically welcome your feedback and comments. However, as with any procedure, there is no guarantee to the outcome, and it is at the patient's own risk that these procedures are undertaken. Derma beauty clinic do not offer refunds on this basis.

 

Complaints

Derma beauty Clinic aim for only premium standards of care and customer service before, during and after treatment. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your experience, we readily welcome your input in the interest of making improvements to our service, and will do our best to rectify them as soon as possible. Should you wish to write to us, you can reach us via email on info@derma-beauty-clinic.com please allow 48-72 hours for a response.

 

Redeemable Consultation Deposits

Bookings with our practitioners at Derma beauty clinic do require a deposit of £100 at point of booking with an email confirmation sent to you. This deposit should you choose to go ahead will be redeemable against any treatment booked. Your deposit will be forfeited if you fail to attend or cancel your appointment with less than 72 hours notice.

All packages are to be paid in full before treatment commences.

 

All packages and treatments are non-refundable.

 

 

Prepaid Treatment Deposit Costs

Please note that treatment deposits can be transferrable. If you would like to change your treatment on the day at your appointment and use your deposit on a new treatment it is only if the product of the new treatment is in stock. If the product is not in stock your deposit will be forfeited. so to prevent this from occurring please give us 7 day notices..

 

How Can I Cancel or Re-arrange My Appointment?

You can cancel or re arrange any appointment by calling the clinic on 07765831774 or emailing us at info@derma-beauty-clinic.com. It is your responsibility to ensure we have acknowledged your alteration and this will be confirmed by an email from our system with your new appointment slot, if this email is not received then you must take it that we have not received your request and a further call must be made until confirmation is received.

Please be advised we require a minimum notice of 72 hours to cancel a Consultation or Treatment.

 

Our Refund Policy

 

Products:

• Derma Beauty Clinic will refund or swap any unopened products returned to us in a saleable condition with an original receipt, and returned within 30 days from purchase

• Unfortunately opened products cannot be refunded.

Gift Vouchers:

• Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and must be redeemed within 12 months of purchase. Any treatments or treatment packages booked using one or more gift vouchers as full or part payment must be completed within 12 months of purchase of the gift voucher(s).

 

Liquid BBL policy agreement

For our Non-Surgical Liquid BBL at derma beauty clinic, the patient agrees to pay the remaining 50% balance before your procedure 

If cancellations happen on the same day 50% of procedure cost will be charged. Refund of treatment cost: You are paying for our Injectors time, product and expenses used to provide you a service, all procedure cost is non-refundable. The amount paid is not refundable because of the patient’s unhappiness with their final results.
